Add actions

For workflow admins in the workflow editor page

  1. In the workflow editor view, click Add Action.
  2. Select the type of action.
  3. Enter a name of the action.
  4. Edit the settings of the action (varies based on the type of action).
  5. Enter the assignees for this action and click OK.

 

A new action is created in the action group.

Use the arrow to move the action up or down in the workflow.
